Permanent residence permit for the spouse of a Polish citizen

It is granted to a person who resides in Poland continuously for a period of not less than 2 years on the basis of a temporary residence permit granted in connection with being married to a Polish citizen and at least 3 years have passed since the marriage.

You submit the application for a permanent residence permit in person, no later than on the last day of your legal stay in Poland.

A permanent residence permit due to Polish origin is granted to a person whose at least one of the parents or grandparents or two great-grandparents is of Polish nationality and who declares Polish nationality and demonstrates their connection with Polishness.
