Comprehensive support for foreigners in Poland

The process of legalisation of stay and employment of foreigners in Poland may seem complicated. However, being unfamiliar with the law and procedures shouldn’t be an obstacle to achieving dreams of living, working or running your own business in Poland.

This is how we think in Cracow Management. That is why we provide professional support to foreigners who may need more knowledge or time to complete all formalities related to temporary or permanent relocation to Poland (in particular to Cracow or Lesser Poland Province). We handle the bureaucratic side of the process for you, i.e., we prepare documents and conduct correspondence.

  • We support foreigners from all over the world, including from the EU member states.
  • We help people who are planning to come to Poland and those who are already here.
  • We ensure full compliance of the process with legislation in force.
  • We comprehensively coordinate the legalisation of stay and employment or provide consulting services.
  • We always choose solutions that meet a particular person’s needs.

Did you know that you can legally stay and work in Poland during the procedure for legalising your stay and employment here?

Yes, it’s true. However, for the above to apply, you must meet the following conditions:

The application for a permit (for temporary residence, permanent residence or EU long-term residence permit) is submitted during a legal stay on the territory of Poland. If you fulfil this condition, an employee of the provincial office will place a special stamp on your passport when submitting this application. Thus, your stay in Poland will be legal until the end of the proceedings on the legalisation of your stay.

It is important to remember that the above applies only to your stay in Poland. The stamp on your passport won’t allow you to freely cross the Polish border and move around the Schengen Area countries. If you leave Poland, your re-entry will be subject to compliance with the conditions set out in Polish law (e.g. having an appropriate visa).
